How can I pay ?
You can make payments using most debit and credit cards. All transactions are securely handled by PayPal through a 256-bit SSL encrypted connection between your device and the payment processor. None of your payment details are transmitted or stored on our servers. For substantial orders from specific countries, we may also accept bank transfers.
Are your products fresh? What is their Expiration Date?
We guarantee that you will receive the freshest products, as they are delivered directly from the producer to you, without any intermediaries or lengthy shipping times. Please note: similar to pastries from a bakery, premium Havanna and Cachafaz alfajores contain no preservatives. They are best consumed within 1 to 2 months after shipment, depending on the variety you select.
When does my Order Arrive?
We process and ship your order promptly, typically within 24 business hours of receiving it. Your tracking number will be provided to you right after the shipment is dispatched. Please note that there may be occasional delays due to current circumstances.
Shipping typically takes 3 to 7 days to major cities across the Americas, Europe, and Australia, depending on the chosen shipping method and your location. You can check the estimated delivery time to your address during the checkout process. Please be aware that transit delays may occur due to holidays or intermediate stops.
What should I do if I’m unavailable to receive my order?
FedEx will leave a notification at the delivery address and/or reach out to you by phone to reschedule the delivery. In certain countries like the US, packages may be held at a FedEx location for pickup. By default, shipments to the US and Canada do not require a direct signature upon delivery. If you would like to request additional services, such as requiring a direct signature, adult signature, or holding the package at a FedEx facility, please contact us in advance.
What is included in the payment?
When you place an order with Food Argentino, you are covering the cost of the items you’ve chosen, shipping to your address, and insurance. In most cases, taxes and fees are included, so packages should arrive without any extra charges. However, we recommend verifying local tax information, as some cities may impose additional fees. If you have any doubts, feel free to reach out to us or contact your local FedEx representative. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchased items can be legally shipped to the destination country according to local regulations.

How do I track my order??
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website, where you can monitor your package’s progress.
Is it possible to update the delivery address for my package?
Yes, you can update the delivery address for your package as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once the package is with the carrier, address changes are no longer possible, as we cannot always ensure that the update will be successfully processed.
How are meltable items handled during hot weather?
«Heat-sensitive» refers to consumable products that can melt, such as chocolate and gummies. We take necessary precautions to wrap and insulate these items to protect them from heat and direct sunlight during shipping. However, the final handling of packages during transit by the courier may still affect them. We guarantee your satisfaction. If any items are damaged or arrive melted, please contact us immediately.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
